Inside, Luis reinvented the previously small and segmented living, dining, and kitchen areas. Walls were removed to create a spacious, airy open-concept living space. A rebuilt sunroom extended the kitchen, inviting even more light into the core of the home. The new kitchen became a focal point for cooking and socializing, featuring a large island for entertaining and a tall cabinet wall for ample storage.
