In the vibrant neighborhood of Cleveland Park, a quaint duplex overlooked a hidden treasure—the 350-square-foot attic, long dismissed as a cluttered storage area. The family residing there—a dynamic couple and their imaginative son—dreamed of revitalizing this overlooked space into something remarkable. Their mission was clear: transform the attic into a multifunctional sanctuary that would serve as both a lively home office and a cozy guest bedroom. With excitement and determination, they envisioned the attic not just as a room, but as a versatile extension of their home that could adapt to their evolving needs and lifestyle.

Design in Motion

As the vision for the attic took shape, the design team approached the project with creativity and purpose. They introduced seven elegant ribbons crafted from custom-finished plywood, which gracefully wound around the room, seamlessly connecting the floor, walls, and ceiling.
